The WFC 900 is a rugged hand-held weld force probe designed for accurately calibrating weld electrode force on table-top and micro joining resistance welding heads. Measuring accurate force levels at the electrode tips helps eliminate inaccuracies of line-pressure reading, air cylinder friction , and mechanical wear. Designed for long life in harsh welding environments utilizing standard fully- welded load cell construction and NEMA 4 electronic packaging. The simple to use display provides large LCD digits, and both continuous and peak readings, with selectable engineering units. Two standard 9 volt alkaline batteries provide 80 hours of continuous use.
