LOAD FORCE SENSORS

Force sensors are essentially a load cell, but usually do not have the amount of testing or tight electrical standards that a typical load cell would have. They generally will not come with a calibration certification, nor will they meet higher standards of temperature compensation or accuracy. Thus these sensors are typically much less expensive. We offer a variety of low cost sensors from 50 grams up to several hundred pounds.

LQB HPB Load Force Sensor

The HPB Load Force Sensor is an extremely accurate, low profile load sensor with great adaptability and flexibility. It is ideal for any situation where a single load sensor is appropriate, regardless of platform size. Unlike most single point load cells, the HPB has no limit to the size of platform that can be attached. Its small form and accuracy make it an excellent choice for all kinds of scales – baby scales, medical office scales, baggage and retail scanner scales, and retail self-checkout systems. The HPB Load Force Sensor is available in four different force ranges and is less moment sensitive than other load sensors.
